World worst insurance company 99% unprofessional person long wait push sell and terrible service if i could give no star i was happy
If I can rate 0.5/5 I will due to service is really bad. You will wait more than 1 hour just to talk to a live person who will say yea its common for customer to wait that long or even longer. Very numb and lacking in empathy.
After over 10 years with Marsh I have moved elsewhere. Previously customer service was excellent with quick responses. In the last few years it has gone down hill. Wait times for calls are over an hour repeatedly and emails go un answered for over a week. Once you get through to someone they are always pleasant but its not worth the hassle any more. They also used to re-quote automatically at every renewal and don't do that any more.
Phone wait times are unacceptable. My time is as important as yours. Not cool. Say NO to overly long wait times people! Sorry - Cancelling my policy.
no ane has replied to email also phone is on hold no option to give them a call back number, good deals on home and auto.
