Horrible customer service, on hold for nearly an hour before anyone answers then when they finally do the guy on the phone wanted to argue that I couldn't get home insurance with my partner because apparently we aren't common law unless we share a bank account eventho we've lived together for 6 six years and bought the home together clearly they dont know what they are talking about. Went to Brokerlink, they answered the phone in less then 10 mins and found me an even cheaper insurance then these guys.
Horrible service started off this morning trying to get insurance so I can get a vehicle registered THE SAME DAY apparently that’s too much work and even getting insurance in a day will take until end of business hours all because you have other phone calls to take. Awful service no regard for customers.
Would put zero stars if I could. You cannot get through on the phone, took 3 hours yesterday to get through and then had some one unwilling to help me at all, called the other day was met with a super rude lady, everytime I call the person is super rude, it's so bad I am cancelling my insurance which just renewed, cant imagine if I had a claim. I am trying to purchase a different vehicle and cannot even get through to cancel! I have another insurance company who was $1,000 a year cheaper. Do not use this company!!!!!!
Very poor service/response from this company, waiting for 5months now to receive a cheque, and after 4 phone calls still waiting for this cheque, now they are blaming Canada Post. These people don't care about customers.
Wait times are completely unacceptable.
