Very poor service/response from this company, waiting for 5months now to receive a cheque, and after 4 phone calls still waiting for this cheque, now they are blaming Canada Post. These people don't care about customers.
Wait times are completely unacceptable.
AVOID THIS BROKER!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was just hung up on by one of there representatives. Extremely rude and not giving me answers to my questions. They canceled my insurance without properly informing me! AVOID THIS INSURANCE BROKER AT ALL COSTS!!!
World worst insurance company 99% unprofessional person long wait push sell and terrible service if i could give no star i was happy
If I can rate 0.5/5 I will due to service is really bad. You will wait more than 1 hour just to talk to a live person who will say yea its common for customer to wait that long or even longer. Very numb and lacking in empathy.
