Kept jacking rates and refusing to shop around on my behalf. Within 20 minutes of online work I saved 40 Percent on my vehicle. When you cancel they will send you a "$40 administrative fee" that is a final cash grab that is not listed anywhere in the terms and conditions. It doesn't need to be paid, but they try anyway. Don't deal with this broker.
Just a call center with different agents each time who are not very helpful. Conflicting information from one to another.
I had them for both car and home insurance. They are just USELESS as brokers. For the car insurance they sent me last year the policy renewal with 30% increase, this year with another 20% increase, for the same car and without having any claims of course, and gave me no explanation at all. I asked them to improve the price, but they didn't. I ended up cancelling it because I found a much better price elsewhere.
