Excellent service! Polite, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased at all steps of the process having old spit systems replaced with ducted aircon. During installation I was able to continue working from home and there was minimal noise or disruption. All of the team presented smartly and acted respectfully of my home. We’re loving our new system and very pleased with Marsh Air.
We've had 3 air conditioners put in by Marsh, and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We had one that had a fault (a manufacturing fault, nothing Marsh did) and they've come out rapidly 5 times in 6 months to fix it, and done a brilliant job each time. Explained everything, run tests when needed, and ultimately fixed our air conditioner.
Jamel took the time to analyse a complex scenario for a ducted system, answered all of my questions and then provided a detailed and fairly priced quote. I was really impressed with the entire experience engaging with him and Marsh Air Conditioning and have no hesitation recommending them.
We had ducted aircon installed a few months ago, Jamel and his team did a great job pre install ( anwered my numerous questions and even came up twice to inspect the area ), on the day ( so clean, quick and efficient) and provided great after care support too.
