We had a technician from Marsh call out to service & fault find our air conditioner which was tripping the circuit breaker. Of course the unit decided not to trip the c/breaker today but he thoroughly tested everything and serviced the unit. While he was at ours he also changed the controls in MyAir which has made the air flow much better. The technician was thorough and went to a lot of trouble explaining the functions in MyAir so that could understand how it all worked. The Marsh team have been great. They came and listened to what we wanted. Made thoughtful recommendations. They answered questions and clearly explained the options. Their price was competitive. When they came out to do the job they were professional and efficient. There were a few config issues but they were out first thing the next day and had them sorted on the spot. These are good operators. I'd use Marsh again for sure.
