I had 3 air conitioners serviced and Marsh Air Conditioning did an excellent job. I also found Marsh Air Conditioning to be very trustworthy as they promptly acknowleged and reimbursed me for an overpayment. This will definitely be my go to company for future air conditioning servicing!
The process of having our ducted air-conditioning replaced was smooth from start to finish. They listened carefully to what we wanted and gave us great advice on an appropriate system. 10 out of 10 for the installation crew. Their teamwork was great to see — everyone pitched in, worked well together, and got the job done. I would 100% recommend Marsh - easy to work with, great workplace culture and a hardworking crew.
We had a technician from Marsh call out to service & fault find our air conditioner which was tripping the circuit breaker. Of course the unit decided not to trip the c/breaker today but he thoroughly tested everything and serviced the unit. While he was at ours he also changed the controls in MyAir which has made the air flow much better. The technician was thorough and went to a lot of trouble explaining the functions in MyAir so that could understand how it all worked.
