Terrible company to deal with! Simon Calabrese is horribly rude. I would avoid at all costs! I simply asked for clarification about why a product cost what it did, and was met with the most condescending reply, giving me no further information, making out like I’m an idiot and I should already have know the answer. E.AD.C!
This insurance company is the worst don’t ever go with them car accident July 9th 2025 3months later my car not fixed several calls emails with call centre and claims officer terrible!!! Car accident was caused by Transit NSW still have not had it fixed claims officer Bianca Busico

Simply disappointing service
I’ve been a household insurance customer of Marsh and its predecessor companies for 38 years. In the last two years their broker customer service has declined to virtually non-existent. I’ve recently sent 3 emails, left 2 unanswered telephone messages and lodged a formal complaint via the Marsh website. Response? Zero! If you’re looking for household insurance, go elsewhere. I will be.
