Lazy. Send you a renewal policy less than a week before it is due, without doing any work to see if it still meets your needs. Zero service. Makara is terrible and does not care about the business they 'help' insure. Just a money grab for them of recurring revenue on their books. I'll be finding another company next year

Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with Marsh! They are hopeless. I left 3 messages this week for my broker and no returned phone calls. Beyond pathetic
So far & for several years now,Marsh have been my choice of insurance for my musical instruments. I have found their staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, & prompt in getting back to me with any enquiries I have in regards to my insurance needs. A first class company all in all.
