🤣🤣🤣 Nothing but a joke!! No clue how to manage, communicate, respond or tread the client's. Disgusting!
Lazy. Send you a renewal policy less than a week before it is due, without doing any work to see if it still meets your needs. Zero service. Makara is terrible and does not care about the business they 'help' insure. Just a money grab for them of recurring revenue on their books. I'll be finding another company next year
