Liberty Mutual Insurance and their claim adjuster Gallagher Bassett are awful! I'd STRONGLY encourage you to find decent insurance if you use this company. First off, because the accident happened December 4th, almost four months ago, and it's taken them almost four months to come to a decision. Secondly, according to the email from Gallagher Bassett, they deny liability as "the vehicle on the main road has the right of way".
