Incredible location right on the Gulf of Mexico with deeded beachfront. The complex is one of but a few rent restricted condominiums that is well maintained. The management company generally has someone on staff there daily. The condos are roomy with high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass. Balconies on the gulf side are huge and provide fabulous sunset and sunrise views as well as the occasional peek of the Blue Angels screaming by just over the surf.
