Our experience was mixed. While the administrative staff were pleasant and the procedure was completed quickly, I was disappointed by aspects of the clinical experience. My son was given an injection to numb the area without an explanation beforehand of what was being administered or what he should expect, and we were not asked about known allergies. I've been seeing Dr Dai Tran for over 10 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin checks. He's incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly.
