I would give 4-5 star to the doctor and some of friendly staff in this practice. 1 Star for rude medical receptionist. Very rude! 1 star for her to trying best to be at work to do her job and try to be friendly to everyone. So rude. Last year I was on the phone with Aaliah so rude. She was trying to challenging me over the phone. Before blaming me trying to fix your booking system first. It was the system problem and no apology from her back. This year I met another rude receptionist.
Dr. Bushra is an excellent Doctor. Understanding, helpful and caring.
First time patient and impressed is an understatement. The reception and nurse are so lovely and doctor Abdul seemed like he cares alot about his patient and happy to investigate illness . Wait time were impressive
I went to this medical center because my insurance recommended it, since it is close to my home and has a good reputation. However, my experience was not positive. When I arrived, I had to wait for about an hour in a very noisy and disorganized waiting room, which made me feel uncomfortable and poorly attended. Since it was my first visit, a nurse did a brief check-up, and then the doctor examined me quickly. Recently moved to the area and went to this GP and at first was great. Now that I urgently need my prescription repeat I can't get an appointment for 3 weeks time and can't call because they are closed but list they are open and no updated trading hours on website leaving me with no access to medication. If GP's plan on taking extended periods of time of leave patients should be notified so they can plan for their prescriptions.
