So on a recommendation from my neighbour, I submitted an online appointment request detailing my issues that I’ve been experiencing and some information regarding my haematologist appointments and other blood work history. I gave them a lot of information to play with. That was submitted at 06:45 Thursday,Nov. 20, 2025 Today is 1425 Friday, Nov. 21 and I have heard absolutely nothing from the Marsden centre. I wanted to take a moment to say what an incredible healing experience I have had at the Marsden Center. Over a year ago I was looking for a place to undergo support treatments that were holistic and natural to support my cancer recovery. I am extremely disappointed in the care that was provided to me, the doctor absolutely careless and cold about a person who is going through a lot and in pain. The doctor was unwilling to listen to the patients needs, and pushing to continue doing things which gave side effects. This is a horrible carelessness. I had a blood work to do from another doctor, and the doctor from the Mardcen centre did not wanted to even review my results saying: “I don’t even want to see it”.
