So on a recommendation from my neighbour, I submitted an online appointment request detailing my issues that I’ve been experiencing and some information regarding my haematologist appointments and other blood work history. I gave them a lot of information to play with. That was submitted at 06:45 Thursday,Nov. 20, 2025 Today is 1425 Friday, Nov. 21 and I have heard absolutely nothing from the Marsden centre. Chandra at the reception steals the glory of the clinic. Very authoritative, inconsiderate and pushy. The patient should always be given consideration. She needs to be coached in customer relations.
