Jennifer Do not use them! They have 3 offices. Pleasant Grove, Mesquite, Downtown Dallas. I paid them to lift my warrants and never heard from them again. I called several times before having to visit them. I was told the warrants were lifted at that time. When I tried to get my license I was told that my warrants were re-issued because I failed to appear in court. I had no idea because no one called or sent me a letter. I call them all the time and no answer. I have to go to their office to talk to some one. I am stuck at t... read more
Not good representation! This office is a joke! I paid Mr. Marsaw to take care of some tickets for me and it was never done.The tickets are now warrants and no one at the law office knows why. When you call the office you rarely get any help IF they answer the phones. I have spoken to several people and finally was told they would check it out. I have called and called to resolve this matter to no avail. Please think twice about using this attorney. It's really just a side show, there are young adults who are working for him... read more
Mr. Marsaw should have his license revoked Neither Mr. Marsaw nor his office follows up with the cases of their clients - both myself and a friend I referred to him have had to deal with Warrants for our Arrest after paying Mr. Marsaw to handle our cases - his office never contacted either of us and we both eventually found out that the warrants were issued due to Mr. Marsaw not appearing in court to represent either of us - he needs to shut his offices down and he is a poor excuse for an attorney - no phone calls, letters o... read more
Bad Business--Fails to fully represent client I hired Terry Marsaw from Marsaw and Associates to take care of two traffic violations that I received in 200?. The violations were for speeding and not wearing my glasses. I hired Mr. Marsaw and there was not a written contract. However, I felt that once his office assistant accepted my money and told me that they would represent me, that this was considered a verbal contract.
