I've been to Marsans many times. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I read the "anonymous" review, and don't believe it to be true. I had to return a part that didn't quite fit my valve. All they asked was to make sure it was clean and that I had my receipt. Its a small place but the help and service you get makes this a great place. Customer service that you don't find in the big box stores.
Purchased sprinkler parts online which performed horribly. When I attempted to return these parts, they were argumentative and unhelpful. Terrible customer service, a waste of my time.
