The Mars Swim Team has been an utterly disappointing and distressing experience for my son and me. When we signed up, no one disclosed that the pool was shut down, leaving my son, Logan, without proper training. He was entered into a swim meet completely unprepared, leading to public embarrassment that crushed his confidence. To make matters worse, Logan witnessed coaches arguing at the meet, creating a chaotic and unprofessional environment. We love MARs for not only the excellent coaching for swimming, but because the coaches truly care about each individual kid. They are helping us parents raise responsible and kind humans. We have been a part of this organization for 2 years and are so thankful we joined.
MARS is an excellent organization from the top down. Coach Diana (our son's coach) is wonderful. She is an excellent coach and has been so helpful with scheduling practice times and other things. Coach DJ is excellent as well if you are an adult looking for a Masters program. His workouts are always varied and he keeps it fun.
Worst meets in Texas. Rude mgmt and not organized at all
