Very pleased with Rick. He was able to fix our 22 year old Brivis ducted gas heating. A couple of others had a look and weren't interested unless we coughed up for a complete new system. Our system needed an obsolete and unobtainable gas control valve. Rick managed to cobble together a working gas control valve from several old ones I had bought. We can't recommend him highly enough and when the time comes for a new system, we wouldn't call anyone else.
