I'm very happy I called Mars Roofing. I took roof damage during hurricane Beryl and was having a rough time with the insurance company. They walked me through the entire process, they fixed my roof in a timely manner, and got more money from the insurance company than I was able to. I pray I don't ever get more roof damage, but if I do, I'll definitely call Mars Roofing again.
I contacted Mars about getting a second opinion on damages from Beryl. She helped me get a supplement approved by my insurance and had her crew repair a hole in my roof, add a solar vent, grind up a tree stump, and fix my fence. Great communication, fair prices, and accommodating with my schedule. Her crews cleaned up well after themselves and let me know of any issues they saw immediately. I have been using Mars on my TPO roofs on my shopping centers for several years. She is very hands on with photos and inspections. I find her rates to be fair and her work excellent. Highly recommended!
