I had sewer line issues and someone was sent out right away to address my problem. Technicians explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company. They call back when they say they will, send out text messages so you know your technician is on their way, upfront pricing, and everyone I've interacted with has actively listened to me and expressed empathy.
We put a new septic tank last year in April. Mars company was so professional, they worked very clean. We were so pleased with their work. I HIGHLY NOT recommend the company. This year they said they will come to put some substance in the tank. They never come. They supposed to come to cover with dirt, the tank. Is their problem, they have to fix. Started the morning with a blocked septic, called for service very early in the morning and a technician was sent out immediately to service the issue. Was able to clear the issue so everyone could shower and start there day! Fast reliable service was greatly appreciated!
I will not be using your service ever again. I am pissed the very thing you came to fix is not working less than 24 hours later. Your company ripped me off charged money for services and I have the same issue. When the unit was taken apart, if it was in as bad of shape your technician claimed it to be then he should have started with that and stated it couldn’t be repaired.
