Always a ricockulous delay at this location regardless of how you try to make it easy for them to simply do their jobs. Every. Time. Tried several different variations to assist but result is always the same. Most recent example: Dropped an MT for them at 0230 on Sunday for a Monday 1600 load. Gave them an extra few hours knowing they are always behind. Checked in @1900 still hadn't even put trlr in the door let alone begun to pick/stage product. I just made a delivery here and hand down this was the best, most friendliest place I have been to! Customer service is great, everyone is so nice and they even spoiled my dog Elsa! 5 +++++ stars!
They were closed at 1pm Friday I called them and the supervisor came after hour thanks .

Truck driver review Very unorganized, long wait times , appt @5 pm lady told me it wasn't ready .. to go to truck stop and to return at 6 pm , came back at 545 long line checked in at 6pm ish , change of shift meeting in.
