Get “checked in” at 5:55 pm and told go to the receiving area, someone will be there. Find the door and it’s locked, knock on it nothing, start walking around and no body is to be found. Finally end up walking to the shipping side and the female said she would contact security again for me. Well here it is another 5 hours later and still no one. This place needs to learn a lesson on “customer” service…. Not only that but, where is the bulk unloading area?!?!?
The site open 24/7 and accepted early. Drop & Hook very quick but super heavy loads. The trailer should be clean and daytime old security guy not good, very rude.
