Once again Chris delivers an amazing service! We had talked about what costs would be to replace an entire AC/HVAC unit two years ago but it wasn't until now that we were ready to actually pull the trigger! Both Chris and Brian are very knowledgeable and professional when diagnosing the problem with my heating system. Chris B, the owner, saved us from a complete melt down today. Our air conditioning broke down, on the hottest day of the year and over the weekend when it was 111 degrees. He squeezed us in to his schedule, he was professional, kind, knowledgeable and generous. If I could give him 10 stars I would for the great customer service. Look no further!
MarsOne was very professional. Chris was on time and text when he was on his way, so we never had to wait. We had our whole duct system replaced. He takes his time to do the job right and correctly. They cleaned up each day and answered all my questions. I even went up into the attic and he showed me what improvements he did to make the system more efficient. He was very courteous and the job came in at the estimate cost. We will be doing more work in the future and I highly recommend MarsOne Heating & Air.
Chris just came to my home and fixed my ac in about 15 mins. He easily diagnosed the problem and knew I was selling my home and got it up and running again for a low fee. Thank you Chris! Lifesaver!
