Had to wait almost two months just to get a call to schedule an appointment. My neurologist had to send the referral twice. My appointment was booked 7 months out. Hour before my appointment the office canceled. I was told I would receive a call in the next hour to be re-scheduled. Never heard anything, so I called to follow up and the receptionist was very rude. Terrific place with lots of resources for dealing with impaired memory. The staff are so kind and helpful. Always willing to answer any questions.
They saw me 1 time. In that 1time because I don't know what time it is and what day or the date I have the on set of altimers. I have never kept up with the day or date .
On 26 March 2025, I had a consultation regarding my issues with Demenita. Allison Parker, PhD, explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. I then met with Mr. Nico, who conducted the examination, which lasted approximately three (3) hours. He was very thorough, professional, and pleasant. The two (2) female receptionists were very nice. Not the place anyone should go if you don't like hearing "it's not our fault "! I got the feeling that the staff needs a memory clinic more than the patients!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
