On 26 March 2025, I had a consultation regarding my issues with Demenita. Allison Parker, PhD, explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. I then met with Mr. Nico, who conducted the examination, which lasted approximately three (3) hours. He was very thorough, professional, and pleasant. The two (2) female receptionists were very nice. Not the place anyone should go if you don't like hearing "it's not our fault "! I got the feeling that the staff needs a memory clinic more than the patients!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
As a black person, this is the worst place you can go to for treatment. I asked for the Director to call me and he never returned phone call. I spoke to the manager Teresa and PHD Michelle Lubomski about what I felt was a misdiagnosed and haven’t been able to resolve my issue. I would never recommend this place. My father has passed now but I want to thank MARS for all that they did for us. The work they did with my father helped me to understand what was happening to him and the follow up visit helped me to track his decline. They offered me education in a very organized and thorough manner. I don’t think I could have provided him with the care I did without the help of MARS.
