Bad customer service. Purchased online. They shipped via Canpar. Canpar was instructed to not leave the item at the door. Since nobody was home, I had to pickup my item from the Canpar location 20 min driving away. I wrote twice to Mars but nobody responded. The shipping fee was the same as the product price. Small item. It didn’t make sense for them to instruct the shipping company to do not leave the item at the door. Bad service.

They do not have stock but as promise they got next day. Good Staff with co-operation and best quality material.
