Tooba Hanif was exceptional. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great, but she deserves specific recognition. She jumped in at 5:45 p.m. yesterday, rearranged priorities, and had me set up with a new provider by 10:00 a.m. today, with only a couple days before my old, much higher rate would have been renewed, entirely due to my own oversight/time mismanagement.
