Ours is an unusual story! Ordered our van back in Jan arrived in May and u fortunately someone working at the port dropped the shipping container resulting in having to reorder the van… completely out of Mars control. 3 months later and we have just picked up the long awaited van, Tom and Sohan done a unreal job at getting the van ready as soon as possible, above and beyond whilst dealing with us being impatient calling many of times for updates. Great service once again from the team at Mars Brisbane. My van went in for some minor work I needed to get done they delivered with a very tight turn around time. Leon was fantastic at the handover running me through everything.
My husband Brian and I went out to the home show on Friday 17th in Maryborough . We visited the Fraser coast lifestyle at expo show in maryborough this weekend. We visited nearly every stall at the showgrounds and Leon from Mars Campers surely stood out. Leon was kind, professional, friendly and approached us with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process and all the features of the caravans very thoroughly where other stall holders did not even greet us! We have to say the customer service and knowledge from Leon at Mars campers is exceptional. Would definitely recommend Mars Campers
Do not buy a Mars Camper, nothing but issues. Worst service experience i have had.
