Mixed feelings on this brand. I am happy enough with my camper and the service from the Brisbane branch. It is unfortunate the manner in which Mars deals with any mention of its products on social media. Any post asking for help on their Facebook group highlighting an issue or problem is deleted. Any repeated posting by owners results in them being banned from the only group of people that can actually help them trouble shoot their issues. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Tom and the team at Mars Campers Brisbane. They have the mentality of “there is always a way”, and they will go to the extreme to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied! The campers themselves in my opinion are of the best quality and for sure have the nicest finish and attention to detail. The after sales support and service is exceptional, which is important to me. It’s a nice experience. The service was great that the staff were patient to answer my questions. The trailer and gear is in good condition and quality that I will definitely enjoy my trip! If someone asks me the recommendation, I will say MARS CAMPERS!
