This brewery is amazing - exactly my kind of ambiance. Chaos Theory was a fantastic, straightforward, incredibly drinkable, hoppy West Coast IPA and the Space + Time hoppy lager was great too. The owner and staff are lovely and very fun to chat with, and the whole vibe is excellent. I was in town for a conference and wanted a good local beer: Mars brewing delivered and then some. Highly recommend this brewery.
