Zero stars. Echoing the recent reviews before me. They may have been good years ago but no longer. Same experience and excuses as others have mentioned “don’t know about order”, “didn’t know there was an order”, “Adi will call” etc. There were problems with our blinds and we never got them fixed. Take your business elsewhere.
We had all new blinds installed throughout our home. They look great and the price was the best out of the many suppliers we called. We highly recommend them.
Honestly a nightmare. We only used this company as it had been suggested by our builder. Adrian was dishonest from the start. I wanted a certain type of blind and he said he had it but then after the appointment was set told me he had an equal product made in Eastern Canada. When the blinds arrived they had 9 ft cords on them. This is illegal in Canada. I never asked him for cheap and we didn't want cords.
