Lloyd the owner was EXTREMELY professional and caring. Came down from Tampa to pick up my fathers car, as it has been in storage for 2 years due to my fathers poor health. Had triple A meet me at the storage unit it was being kept at, and he took 3 hours to figure out he didn’t know which lug nut to use to get a bolt out in order to take the old battery out.
