Absolutely one of the most professional appraisers I have come across. (I have been in the real estate business for 15 years) His accuracy for pricing a property as well as taking into consideration any adjustments is right on point. PLUS His speed in providing the reports is phenomenal as well! He turned in a report in 24 hours!
The company I work for received an appraisal from Mars for a residential after repair value. After closer scrutiny of the appraisal, our company determined the appraisal was completely illegitimate. Terrible comps were used that were not even close in similarity to the property the appraisal was commissioned for, and the comps were not even in the same area. I will definitely not allow any property I put for sale be appraised by this company. I found a few errors in their report, they used old bad comps. If you want to waste your time and ruin a deal then this is the company to use.
