I scheduled an ear crop surgery with Mars animal Depot for Monday, October 7th. When I called to schedule the surgery they asked for my credit card info to put a hold on the card to confirm the appointment. They said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about charging my card the full amount of the surgery and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about a no refund policy!!!
