Hi Marrybrown, I would like to highlight a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff (Malay lady) during my recent visit. I ordered a meal through Hotouch and specifically requested for drumstick and thigh. However, the staff replied, “If got, we serve,” in a rude tone — implying that I just have to accept whatever is given even though I’m paying for it. This kind of attitude is very disappointing.
