I am writing to give feedback regarding my visit to your *Paragon Mart outlet* today. I was served by a staff named *Deena*. I was very disappointed with the attitude and service: 1. No greeting or smile, and response was rude. 2. Even though there were multiple counters, only 1 counter was open and serving, while many customers were queuing. 3. Service was very slow.
