Very disappointed with both the food quality and customer service today. I ordered the 2-piece chicken set (RM18) which came with mineral water. When I requested a cup of ice, I was told no—a remarkably petty rejection for a paying customer. Furthermore, the chicken breast was incredibly dry and overcooked, with very average seasoning. For this price point, the execution and service hospitality need serious improvement.
