Absolute worst app experience ever. I arrived at the restaurant at 4:30 PM and placed an online dine-in/pickup order at 4:35 PM, with an expected collection time of 4:50 PM. Mind you, the outlet was almost empty, zero walk-in customers and zero drive-thru traffic. I waited patiently until 4:55 PM. Seeing absolutely no movement, I walked up to the counter to check.
