Easy to deal with MB Jitra. My wife and I wanted to celebrate our son's birthday and the MB staff here gave full cooperation by celebrating it at my son's school. This package comes with a mascot and games for the children. The price is very reasonable and for us it is very worth it compared to other fast food brands.

Servis sangat lambat. Lepas satu jam masih belum dapat makanan. Orang lain order dulu orang lain dapat dulu. Kalau ada grab/foodpanda/seangkatan, staff sediakan order diorang dulu, pelanggan yang dine in kena tunggu lama. Bila tanya pasal order, baru nak buat. Mula mula cakap ayam spicy lambat, jadi tukar ayam original, bila nak ambil makanan staf ganti semua ayam dengan ayam spicy sebab cakap original lambat. Cakap tak serupa bikin. Pertama kali makan fast food, dapat makanan lepas sejam itu pon selepas pergi tanya.
