The Lucky Plate chicken was both severely overcooked and very difficult to eat. The chicken was dry and tough, so we couldn’t finish either of them. Really disappointing and a complete waste of money. I hope the quality can be improved.
Been there for dinner, waiting at the kiosk almost 20minutes, ask the cashier if i can order and unluckly they said only order at the kiosk. After a long time waiting, the chicken arrived and as u can see the baby chicken was so small and i think it not worth my penny and i asked them to changed it. Service sangat teruk, ada kaunter manual tak dibuka,disuruh oder di kiosk sampai perlu tunggu lama sebab cust hadapan tak pandai guna. Nombor di screen tak berfungsi di LCD tv untuk panggil customer, dan langsung tak dengar bila mereka panggil untuk dari meja ke kaunter.
