Very bad portion and staff we unfriendly not courteous at all.
Really poor service! We ask for chicken thigh, but the girl name Wan Nuralis at Citta Mall outlet gave us chicken wings! Wonder whether the staff at Mary Brown are trained on chicken parts!! My order number : 2774 dated on 04/05/2026 time 06:23:24 Will not visit Mary Brown again. My 1st and last!

Wait was very long, almost 30 minutes. Food taste was average, mashed potatoes served cold. Not clean, visible cockroaches. If Marrybrown was serious about this outlet, they would look into the hygiene and service efficiency.
Beli dekat shopee..serius dapat macam ni..dengan telur sebiji selalu beli dekat lotus mutiara damansara elok potong..bubur pun tak rupa bubur..ayam pun Ya Allah…Kentang pun buat macam nak tak nak..Serius lah? Orang bayar kot nak makan bukan free..Buatlah kerja elok-elok..
