Extremely slow service and very poor food quality.
Ordered 5 pc last week as McD had many waiting customers. It was OK, taste is not strong, and it seemed powdery. Came today as McD ran out of chicken. At 8pm, only one staff in the kitchen and one at the counter who was preparing various orders. After waiting a while, I was told I could not pick 5pc without wings and drumsticks, but I said it was OK the previous time. (I had rarely any issues picking chicken parts at McD and KFC).
