I waited almost 30 minutes, and my order number was still shown as “preparing” on the screen. I didn’t receive any notification, so I went to the counter to ask whether my order was ready. I also asked why the screen still showed “preparing.” The staff (an Indian woman) 24/3 (2:11pm) responded arrogantly, saying they had already pressed the button. However, right after that, she removed my order from the screen. There was no apology, and her attitude was quite rude even though there was clearly a mistake.
