RecommendedI had a great experience at Marry Go Round today. Martha was very helpful, she was able to find all the dresses I’d pre selected. We didn’t think any of them would be our pick, but then Martha pulled out one more dress and it was THE ONE!!!

Wow! What an amazing little gem hidden in Houston. I was a bride on a budget and this place did not disappoint. I was a bit nervous thinking they wouldn’t have much to choose from in my size (10/12) but boy was I wrong. I tried on at least 25 gowns. Lauren was so amazing helping me in and out of dresses. When I arrived, she asked what my budget was and showed me where to find my size and let me loose. She pulled every dress for me and we quickly got to work. Super excited for 2021 to come. Marry Go Round Bridal the most welcoming and dedicated ladies: so many different styles and shades, I came in with a set budget came out with the dress of my D R E A M S at a very incredible price!! Super satisfied with my experience here.
I had been to two other stores before this and one of the two had terrible customer service. i had the complete opposite experience at Marry go round! From the moment I walked in, I felt special and like my stylist (Katie) really listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on what would look best on my body type. She was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I found my dream dress here due to her and I am so thrilled that I went here! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress.
I would love to thank y’all for my experience. I tried on so many lovely dresses. Martha was amazing, I came back the next day and said yes to the dress. I had been to about 9 previous dress shops in the few weeks prior. I chose a dress type that I was shying away from before. My dress fit me perfectly (will need no alterations) off the hanger. It was meant to be for me...
I did not have a good experience here. The customer service was very poor. My bridal “stylist” told me “we are super causal here, so just let me know if you need help”. It was up to me to try to put these dresses on by myself and with the help of my mom who was there with me. The dresses that they had were certainly not my style, which is fine, but a lot of them also looked really old and damaged. My mom noticed a tear on one them. I will not be going back and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone either.
I will never forget today because I found my wedding dress and I couldn’t have done it without Martha’s help. Such wonderful service. They helped create my special day. Thank you guys!!
