MarrowFit is an absolute game changer for my fitness routine. I've never found a place where I feel as comfortable being myself, but also pushed to be the best version possible. Ian is an excellent coach - he never takes himself too seriously but is deeply knowledgeable and meets me where I am, on any given day. My mom and I love our strength training with Ian, and I am confident I'll be able to age gracefully thanks to the foundational skills I've learned working out with Ian!
