I had issues with a renter in Portland that was not adhering to her rental contract and was baiting me to get money out of me using the crazy laws of Portland proper. The renter was placed in my renter by a "management company" whom I fired due to non performance. It was an absolute mess. He stepped in and took charge of the situation and I felt very confident in his decisions.
