Nice property with a great, family-friendly pool area. Unfortunately, the front desk experience leaves a lot to be desired. There seems to be an expectation that guests will spend large parts of their vacation compensating for poor administration. Check-in was slow, with a long line, and I had to visit the concierge separately just to get a parking pass. They couldn’t locate my reservation in the system, so I was sent back to reception. Rooms are super nice. The staff at reception and the conciegrie are the rudest staff I have ever run into. We checked in and they told us to go talk to this boomer lady. Went over to talk to her, she refused to listen to what are names were and kept calling us by the entirely wrong last name. When she finally listened to us on our actual names she accused us of stealing gifts from their owners and to go away. We then asked if there were luggage carts to get things to our rooms.
