Rooms are super nice. The staff at reception and the conciegrie are the rudest staff I have ever run into. We checked in and they told us to go talk to this boomer lady. Went over to talk to her, she refused to listen to what are names were and kept calling us by the entirely wrong last name. When she finally listened to us on our actual names she accused us of stealing gifts from their owners and to go away. We then asked if there were luggage carts to get things to our rooms.
