Amazing place!
We stayed at Lakeshore Reserve from July 26 to August 2 and were disappointed with several aspects of our visit. We were incorrectly charged for parking, and despite multiple follow-ups and promises from staff (including a call with Abigail), the charge still hasn’t been reversed. Front desk service was mediocre and unhelpful. An Amazon package was initially claimed to be missing until we pushed for a second look—only then was it found under our name.
