Lakeshore reserve is like a little oasis in the midst of the Orlando madness. The place is picture perfect, beautifully tended gardens with a lovely lazy river pool which never seems over crowded. There were lots of little areas to sit and relax which gave a feeling of intimacy. The bedroom didn't have a window, which wasn't ideal but the rest of the room was lovely. Great hotel spot. Great rooms. The thing that gets this to be reduced is the Concierge desk. They send you texts that they have a complimentary gift st the end of your stay. I visited the desk and they told me I could get rooms at other Marriott properties for listening to a timeshare. In no way is that a complimentary gift, or even a gift. I wasted time my 2 minutes of walking to the Concierge desk to be told something stupid, when I would rather spend it in bumper to bumper traffic.
