This is still a very nice vacation club property. After Bonvoy took over, most of Marriott really went down the toilet they still have a very entitled attitude. Sadly, Bonvoy is pushing to get rid of all the concierge and all of the Human customer service experience so I missed that but that’s certainly not Grand Ocean‘s fault. Wonderful property, friendly staff, and nicely appointed units. One of my favorite Marriott Vacation Club stays and I can't to return.
