I only went to this clinic because my regular GP was fully booked. I made an appointment To see Dr Kee Wong without checking the reviews unfortunately, a mistake I won’t make again. This was one of the worst GP experiences I’ve ever had. The doctor was careless and came across as rude and dismissive. I didn’t feel listened to or respected during the consultation. I definitely won’t be returning.
Rude and rushed. No care, only judgement.
If you have any medical problem or an emergency, don't come here. You will not be looked at properly. You are better off going across the road to our medical cranbourne where you will be treated like a human.
If you want a Medical Centre that not only bulk bills but really cares about its Clients try Marriott Waters in Lyndhurst. I recently decided to change my GP and was told to give this practice a go. From first contact the receptionists were delightful and very knowledgeable about the practice. My new GP has been great and follows up with me when needed.
