We were delighted with the poolside proficiency and attentiveness of Angelina who proved to be a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. It was particularly engaging to share with her stories about France and her relocation to Virginia. She could not have given us a more receptive and durable welcome to the Cavalier Resorts and we hope she is here next time!
Our first time to Virginia Beach and this hotel was amazing. We came in for a wedding and they accommodated early check in and late check out. The entire staff was beyond friendly such a fantastic stay. The room was beautiful and super clean. I highly recommended this hotel.
The good: facility is beautiful, beach and pool are great, prices are reasonable for October. The not good: I found service to be underwhelming especially by the hostess at the lobby restaurant. The in/out system at the parking garage is lame as the card they give you never worked. The pressure in the shower was poor. Prices and food at Orion’s was too high.
My review is written through the perspective of a client, but also as a hotel guest. I had the privilege to co-host a 2 day company event with the Marriott Hotel at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The entire staff is hardworking, pleasant, and went out of their way to provide a world class experience for myself and my fellow colleagues. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
