Service was extremely poor and slow, not what I expect from a Marriot. I’ve strayed at JW Marriots all over the country and this one is the worst experience I’ve experienced by far.
Was having a great experience until the sound on the balcony in the embassy suites was having somebody power wash the driveway, which I totally understand but when you have clients out late at night, you must realize when you're power washing On beach front, the noise is ridiculous. Pool is overcrowded, it you don't reserve a chair by 9am, you can't get one at the pool. Tulu the main resturant is awful and gone downhill. Service is slow everywhere you go. Only shining star is Orions resturant.
