We are sharing our experience to warn others about the sales tactics at Marriott Vacation Club. We were subjected to an exhausting eight-hour presentation where the reality of the contract was hidden from us. Whatever you do, stay far away from Marriott Vacation Club unless you enjoy being trapped in a financial nightmare! We have tried repeatedly to find a fair way out with their team, but they flat-out refuse to work with us or show even an ounce of decency. Despite clearly explaining our situation and providing documented complaints, they just stick to their rigid scripts and send us in endless circles. I would give Vistana zero stars if possible. This company uses predatory and deceptive sales tactics characterized by lies aimed at taking advantage of senior citizens. They specifically target people based on their age and financial standing. It is unforgivable that VISTANA SELLS TIMESHARES WHICH THEY KNOW WILL BE WORTHLESS BASED ON THEIR SELF-SERVING POLICIES.
