Poor, unprofessional performance in executing exit from my St John timeshare. Started a conversation with them. Got a case id. Got email from business that no money offered for buyback of week, (That is what a timeshare is really worth) ($0). It cost $400 to exit with no promises of completion. Got a case number. The next step was to sign. Said I would get email from Docusign. Then- nothing. Ghosted. Sent additional email. They say it was sent. Waiting to see what happens next. Beware of these predators!
