Second time staying here; somehow I booked a king room but they didn’t have a king room and gave me a queen bed which is problematic as I am not a small person. The location is terrible with regards to food. If you don’t have a car, your only immediate food option outside of the hotel is a Dunkin. The food at the hotel is super expensive. Not within my company’s per diem policy. Won’t stay here again.

I had an amazing experience at the Marriott Saddle Brook, and I especially want to recognize Katherine for her outstanding service. Katherine was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. She was extremely kind, professional, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I wish my review could be better. Very disappointing trying to get the general manager on the phone. Multiple calls to multiple areas of the hotel and the same speech “David will call you back.” Does David exist?

Ask for the bartender Pablo- he makes great drinks and provides excellent service! Old Forrester bourbon with ginger beer with orange slices- an amazing mule!

The event we attended had dinner. The main course the chicken was raw, under cooked, pink in the middle. The vegetables were cold and the service wS horrible.
