Drove for hours to reach here and they said they cant check anyone in for the night and there is no way around that. First time in my life experiencing this. What a joke.
Update: As of July 18, the hotel claims they apparently can't do anything about this situation. Makes me wonder how many people's money they keep by over booking. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this one is an exception. This is due to the events of June 5th, 2025. I booked a KING room through my credit card portal for 1 night. Upon showing up to the hotel, we were given keys to a DOUBLE room. Excellent! Congratulations for all.
The people at the front desk are very unpersonable. Always has an attitude of some sort. Rooms were not very clean, the restaurant used to be pretty good and then they changed the menu. Its awful now, got a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was chewy (definitely frozen before). Never staying here again - it is convenient for work but i would rather drive to some place nicer. Plus, they charge you 20.00 a night to park your car there- What a JOKE!! Never again
