WATCH OUT FOR YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS !!! Don't leave your no matter the value or the type they are not safe. I Formally lodge a demand for resolution regarding the removal of my personal property from Room during my stay. Staff was unresponsive and not convincen on how to proceed. After five interactions during the past 48hrs with the staff they dont even provide a report or final resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
Great experience. The service and the food are very good at the hotel restaurant. Shisleiny, Sharlin and Susana provided great service for breakfast and dinner. I will stay here again.
I have no words how to tell you how this place is. Incredible service, attention to detail and increíble on customer satisfaction. Wow to talk about Susana one of the girls in the restaurant and lounge she always go about and beyond to make you feel welcome and definitely to get you anything you need without even asking. I been coming to this hotel for the past 6 years and many more to come. From desk always there to accommodate our people on anything time of days. Love this place.
Stayed there for 4 days for a wedding in May, didn’t clean my room once. Terrible front desk and service.
Horrible! No ice machine. Room was warm. Yelling in hallways and next door all night long! Musty like hallways! $23 for parking! Worst hotel experience!
