Dad had mentioned a really interesting restaurant inside of a hotel where it had a waterfall that he once took mom. And finally we kinda sorta made it. We got to Marketside at the Buttes, around 1:30 but unfortunately found they close at 2pm on weekends. Discouraged we decided we'd just come back again a bit earlier. Just in for the night before returning home. Very comfortable king room in the 31xx range, sunrise side. Great meal options, unfortunately the pool bar was closed - off season. Only down side was poor wifi connectivity in the room.
Gorgeous grounds at this hotel! Stayed here for a work trip and it was a very pleasant experience. The HUGE pool was the showstopper and it was great getting pinã coladas delivered while lounging in the water. The room was fine. There was a vent that made a loud rattling noise that I’m sure if I said anything about, someone would have come and fixed it, but I didn’t, so that’s on me.
