Wasn't anything special. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
Aug 30-Sept 14,2026 stay sharing feedback regarding my recent stay at the Marriott Memphis East. Unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel fell well below what I expect from a Marriott property. The hotel appeared dated, and the rooms did not seem to be maintained or cleaned to an acceptable standard. I recently visit the Marriott travel 15 hours away from home. Me and my partner experienced very rude front desk employees. When we asked questions regarding how much was everything she claimed she didn’t know. She was very rude not answering questions. We was waiting in line with no one in front of and she was on her phone. Not willingly to help. We decided to stay there twice. And it was the same attitude.
