We absolutely love this hotel, the staff were wonderful and our room was wonderful! It also had wonderful amenities is like the hotel bar.. the bar staff is great!!
Great hotel and the bartender on Friday night was awesome.
It's a strange experience coming to this hotel. The staff is great and the building and rooms are very nice. But the experience is lacking. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The pillows were junk. The toilet paper was sub-standard and the coffee was atrocious. My remote for the TV was broken. It's all these little things that add up to really take the shine off the experience. Not a terrible hotel at all but it doesn't live up to what you expect when you book it and when you first come inside.
