She was so helpful, professional, and friendly, and made the whole experience feel so special and relaxed. We had the best time during my appointment — her genuine care made me feel at ease and so excited about my choice. The customer service at Marrime is 5-star, and the studio is gorgeous. Marrime has a wonderful selection of dresses and a beautiful space to try them on with your loved ones. However, my experience there was quite disappointing. You have to preselect your dresses ahead of time and the stylist will prepare them for your arrival. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 dresses I had preselected were not there for me to try on.
