Best customer service I've ever had! – My friend lives in Chicago and was getting married in Wisconsin. She got her bridesmaid dresses from another local Chicago store. I flew in from Texas on the Wednesday night before the wedding and tried my dress on at like 7:30pm. It was huge even though the sample fit fine from the same designer I tried on in Texas.
