My wife and I worked for this company for a few months and helped get some of her owners 5 star reviews. She stopped the business for personal reasons so we moved on to a different company. The next year, she said she needed to reopen her business for financial reasons so we told her we would help part time. No problems at first but then she said she needed to pay some bills so we told her that was fine, she could hold off paying us for a bit. I would not recommend working for this company. We got paid every two weeks then when it was time to get paid we had to continually keep asking for our pay I just quit her two weeks ago and I am still waiting for 355.00 dollars from her she blames every non payment on the owners and I do not believe it is there fault. So to the owners I would recommend finding someone new for you cabin needs. The cabins I cleaned were A Smokin View, Capstone, Bear Ridge, Sunshine Cottage, Two Oaks, and still have not gotten paid.

This cleaning company cleans AirBnB’s in TN. My partner and i stayed in cabin up in the Smokies and when our trip was over and we arrived home, we realized we had forgotten two jackets at the cabin. We contacted our AirBnB host immediately and she put us in contact with Jennifer Lang shortly. Well now two months later and receiving no information from our host or Jennifer, i just have to say the whole interaction has been unprofessional.
